  • Our conveyancers communicate directly with the seller and purchasers and are available at all times by cellphone or e-mail to attend to queries.
  • We assist if an estate agent needs advice about the conditions of the offer to purchase.
  • If a transaction goes sour, we facilitate a meeting to address the issues to get the transaction going again.
